instructions
1, the table on the air switch, the panel power indicator light, that the system power is connected.
2, through the "manual / automatic" switch, you can choose the system work; (stop switch open when) manual state for the equipment debugging, normal operation, please select the automatic operation mode. Operating procedures
1, will fill the ball valve open (pure water tank).
2, the air compressor start, when the air pressure is greater than 0.8MPa, the gas source to open, adjust the oil and water separator on the pressure regulator to make the pressure greater than 0.55MPa (this regulator is well adjusted, generally do not need to tune) Oil and water separator for oiler with JIS K2213 oil (ISO VG32 grade oil). Please do not exceed the cup full of oil. The number 0 is the smallest oil, 9 is the largest oil, the digital alignment point for the arrow direction; from 9 to 0 position can not rotate, to be clockwise rotation. 5, please suspend or end the work when the air switch off to protect the electrical life of equipment. The machine has been commissioned before the factory is normal, but after the installation of the equipment to the scene, still need to operate several times in the above order to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
6, filling time adjustment: through the panel time relay adjustment or filling overtime, filling down the panel button to adjust. 7, pure wash time: through the panel time relay adjustment or electronic control box time relay adjustment.
Precautions and maintenance
1, regular (six months) to the rolling bearing parts plus lubricating oil.
2, the pump is strictly prohibited in the state of dry work, please check the operation before and during the water tank (the window in the observation window).
